We’re Hiring – Part Time Sales Associate

Join our shop team! We’re looking for a self-starter, artisanal goods lover and all-around hard worker to join our team. Is that you?


  • Operates cash register, manages financial transactions and keeps drawer balanced.
  • Ensures every person who enters the shop is greeted, thanked and cared for during their visit.
  • Demonstrates active listening to identify customers needs and to engage.
  • Actively maintains shop presentation by cleaning, stocking, steaming and styling.
  • Unpacks, receives, enters and tags inventory when shipments arrive.
  • Participates in creating social media content.
  • Maintains a vast knowledge of the products we carry including benefits and usage.
  • Communicates with customers via email, phone and text messaging regarding order updates.
  • Maintains and builds customer database via Mailchimp and Shopify.
  • Fulfills all opening/closing duties and weekly tasks by due dates.
  • Supports sister brand development and activities. 

Desired Skill Sets (not required)

  • Knowledge of Shopify, Mailchimp, Canva and Planoly a plus!
  • Prior experience in retail.
  • Active communicator.


  • $9/hour, plus a 20% employee discount and opportunity for wage increase within 6 months of employment.
  • Must be able to work every Friday and Sunday, and every other Saturday. Average of 16-21 hours/week. Schedule is flexible for time off.
