Do you accept returns? Yes. You can return unused or undamaged merchandise in original packaging within 30 days with receipt for in.store credit or exchange. After 30 days, returns will not be accepted.
I saw something on social media, but it's not in the online shop? We try to keep our online shop as updated as possible. There are some items we only sell in.store because of shipping costs. But we're happy to do a custom order for you. Email email@example.com for any inquiries on products that you can't find online and we'll hook you up.
Do you sell gift cards? Yes! You can order a gift card online or swing by the shop to pick one up. You'll find the gift card item at the bottom of every category page. Please reach out if you have troubles!

I'm a maker, can I bring in my work to show you? We're always excited to partner with new makers and love when people bring their product to our attention. A few things to note when you're reaching out to work with the store:
- Do not bring your work in to review if you have not made an appointment. Please email all product inquiries to email@example.com. Direct messages via social media will not be considered.
- We work with makers on a wholesale basis only. We do sell consignment, but by invitation only. Please send along your wholesale prices when submitting an inquiry.
- All products must be made in America. Any products made outside of the US will not be considered.
- If you already sell your product at a shop in the Eau Claire area we want you to keep selling there. We're a small marketplace and want to keep a unique set of goods here you can't find anywhere else. We also want to be respectful of other retailers.
